The M-School internship program is a first-hand experience of what it is like to work at a large communications corporation. The program invests a ton into your development as a young professional and that is one of the primary factors that sets it apart from regular summer internships. The weekly lecture sessions are so valuable and expose you to a different aspect of the business each week. The opportunity to experience it all alongside other M-Schoolers from diverse backgrounds makes it a truly unparalleled program. Not to mention the awesome perks – from VIP events to live TV-show tapings to box seats at Blue Jays games, I have thoroughly enjoyed myself this summer. This experience has taught me that no matter what role you take on in life – whether it is at a company or something you do for fun – even if you are just a small piece in a much bigger puzzle, you can have a great impact on the overall outcome.
